* We encourage the appropriate use of our Brand Assets in the following contexts:
* Feel free to use our Brand Assets when accurately mentioning Tapp.Exchange's products and services.
* You may use our Brand Assets to create direct links to our official platform or channels
* If you have an officially recognized partnership with Tapp.Exchange, you may use our Brand Assets for announcements.

❌ What You Can’t Do

* To protect the integrity of the Tapp.Exchange brand and ensure our users can confidently distinguish official communications and offerings, the following restrictions apply:
* Please do not use our Brand Assets within your product names, logos, NFTs, or any other branding elements. Similarly, our logo, in any form or part, should not be integrated into your product logos, marketing materials, websites, or other visual representations. Logos that closely resemble the Tapp.Exchange icon are also prohibited.
* You may not use our Brand Assets for commercial use, including but not limited to: Merchandise, Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), Other commercially available items
* Avoid creating names that could imply an official endorsement or affiliation.
* Our Brand Assets must be used exactly as provided. Do not alter or modify them in any way, including changes to color, arrangement of elements, abbreviation of the wordmark, or any other form of modification.
